The Weliweriya Project by Int By Dami Pvt. Ltd. is a complete residential renovation that transforms a 25-year-old house into a sophisticated modern living space, where timeless craftsmanship meets innovative contemporary design.

This renovation was approached with the vision of preserving the home’s character while elevating it through premium materials and a carefully curated interior concept. The introduction of wooden flooring brings warmth, texture, and elegance to the overall space, creating a welcoming yet luxurious atmosphere.

A defining highlight of the project is the use of high-quality titanium design wall finishes, seamlessly integrated throughout the interiors to enhance depth and visual sophistication. Complementing these architectural surfaces, the furniture was custom designed to align with the home’s new aesthetic, ensuring a cohesive and refined living experience.

The signature feature of this residence is the embossed titanium wall art design, introduced as a first-of-its-kind interior statement in Sri Lanka. This bespoke design element not only adds artistic character and exclusivity to the space but also establishes the project as a benchmark in innovative luxury interior renovation.

The Weliweriya Project stands as a bold expression of transformation—where an aging residence has been thoughtfully redefined into a modern, elegant home with distinctive design identity.
